How can you make your feedback system more inclusive?
As a global leader I have experienced feedback in all forms generates discussions so being objective, concise drives inclusivity and ultimately shows the path to explore and May be improve or continue. The person giving the feedback is as much invested as the one receiving and inclusion begins there. Feedback has to be point in time, and not given with a view to make the receiver agreeable, instead, it should be accounted as a discussion which is on demand by the receiver, focused and considers all parameters (intrinsic & extrinsic). The language and tone are as important as the content to make the feedback inclusive and effective.
