I started well my application to open a Digital Life Account. After taking a selfie and uploading my documents, the session timed out on the page that asks whether I am a US citizen. I am now unable to go beyond this page. I have tried to continue with my application for several days but I keep getting the alert that the session has timed out. I have called the StanChart helpline twice but my issue has not been resolved.

The app is very user friendly. I can do everything with my money using the app including Bill payment, airtime, Mobile Money, bank to bank transfers, balance check, bank statement and more. With the latest update, the finger print feature worked well on my phone thus adding some icing to the cake. In summary, this app is very good! I have used another Bank app but this is so much better.

On the fingerprint, please uninstall and reinstall the application, create a username and password using your ATM card, log in, go to settings, disable then enable fingerprint.
