If you are a current Researcher or recruiter with at least 2-3 years of industry experience within an agency or in-house and can demonstrate consistent results in a previous similar role, we want to hear from you. We are also open to considering candidates from a retail / Wholesale fashion management background. You will have the opportunity to get involved in creating your niche area where you can have true ownership and work across a variety of specialisms including PR and Social Media, Omni channel, Digital, E-commerce and marketing, Retail Operations, and Human Resources Working side by side with the founders and Directors of Mode Search you will receive hands-on guidance and support. You will also have the support of a highly experienced research team of 4, allowing you to focus on nurturing key client relationships and managing projects/ searches.
