Check out these protests about paternity leave in London! Men campaigning for better paternity leave have attached life-size model babies in slings to famous statues across the city. Yep, Gene Kelly, Thierry Henry, Tony Adams... They've "slinged" them all! This is the work of the campaign group, the Dad Shift, who've called on the government to improve the UK’s parental leave options. Whatever you think of their actions... It's worth mentioning that the UK has the worst paternity leave offer in Europe - with only two statutory weeks of leave, paid at £184.03 a week. As a result... 1 in 3 UK fathers don't take paternity leave after the birth of their child! At Strativ Group we agree this isn't good enough. Thanks, London! Here's BTS pics of our recent shoot in the big smoke. During the production Saffron showed us exactly what freedom & responsibility looks like... Boy it was a busy day! Edie took us around Spitalfields market. We went on a coffee run with Josh (to Rosslyn "the best place for coffee in London") Becca told us about how she loves our 'no set working hours', meaning that she's able to balance her career and caring for her daughter. Edward shared why our culture of freedom & responsibility is essential to high performance, allowing you to truly thrive. And Oli, Darren & Matt Fleming gave us a lesson in padel!
