The Director of Events will spearhead a team dedicated to enhancing overall meeting planner satisfaction, achieving financial targets within their domains, ensuring employee contentment, and overseeing departmental payroll management. With a variety of unique outdoor meeting spaces and the ability to handle groups as large as 700, this position lends itself to a highly-creative individual who takes pride in thinking “outside the box.” This position will work closely with all departments to ensure that every detail from pre-arrival to post-departure runs smoothly and exceeds the client’s expectations. This pivotal role will report directly to the General Manager of the resort and sit on the esteemed Executive Committee, underscoring the importance and value we place on the Director of Events position
