I love Ice Planet Barbarians and I was hoping to find another alien series that would hit the same or at least close to it, but I just can't with this series. I tried. Really I did. But I just can't with these Lizard men. I'm sorry but all I can picture is this
And that is just not sexy, it's not even cute. It's gross. Top that off with the fact that the aliens talk like humans, seem to know what the human women are talking about even though they have never been on earth and it just reads weird. The kissing is so cringy. Still I tried book two hoping but the author (view spoiler)[ killed off the sister and brother and ruined the whole books (hide spoiler)] made the book sad to read. Gross and sad is just too much for me and Imma bounce. I may try another series by this author down the line but if it's like this series I don't think I will be down with this author.

Seeing the spoiled haughty prince living on a lowly farm ....priceless. Maeve was great. I loved that she didn't take his shit. She was nice to him but didn't come off as a doormat. She did a great job of melting that rude spoiled shell and making him more down to earth(lol for a alien) and likable. They made a great couple and I loved their relationship. I also really liked getting more of Ruth Ann, Ruthie, and the clones. What I really wanted more of was Leah and Rem. I need their story asap. Rem was so hard and grumpy I really want to know his story. I also like that humans are becoming more accepted by the snotty aliens. Overall a great read and I can't wait for Prince Rem's story! ...more

So going into this book I had no clue what a Eldritch is. I googled it and I'm still not quite sure, but in the book it sounds like a super hair wolf like creature/alien. Our heroine who's name I think was Jane is lost in the woods. She got lost after leaving the group of all male scientist she is working with including her father. They are all looking for Alien life that was reported in the area. So silly Jane decides it's a good idea to wonder the woods. Now that she is lost she shows a bit more sense and she should make camp, starts a fire. Then she hears a noise. Of course it's our Eldritch Alien dude. Jane is freaking out at the scary, huge, fur covered Alien thinking she is going to be killed and eaten until........ she sees his tool.
after that she was no longer scared of being eating alive. She was eatin, but she enjoyed it. She of course returned the favorite which was gross since she says how it's covered in fur.
After they get it on she super happy with her furry lover whispers mate back at him and that is the end of the story. I know that it's silly monster erotica but it could have wrapped up the ending a bit better. Overall not the worst I've read! ...more
