Each time I read or reread a book in this series, I think it is the best of the series, but this time, I really think this one is it. I love the characters, the adventure, the romance, and the warmth and realism of the everyday interchanges in all of the books of the series.
Brett and Tess get a second novel of their own! Exciting news for fans of the series. The plot is exciting, frightening, and emotional but I am not going to go into details. I will mention that although the characters overlap, I think Ms Reasor does a great job bring the previous stories back to those who have read the earlier books without revealing enough to interfere if someone chooses to start with this one. I always recommend that a reader start from the beginning but if you start here, you you won't be able to resist going back, anyway.

I discovered her writing through her SEAL Team Heartbreakers series which will always own my heart, but each time I try another sub-genre I am amazed at the wonderful stories and characters she creates. Romance is always her main genre but the breadth of stories she tells under that umbrella is wide, wonderful, and amazing.
The title gave me no clue what to expect but even before the book came out I learned that the main characters where a land bound deaf mermaid/human and siren who used his Siren voice in his singing career. That alone was more than enough to intrigue me.
In spite of the fact that she can not hear his siren's call and that she disapproves of his use of it on human women, they are drawn to each other. Her determination to have a cochlear implant leads her to a doctor who becomes obsessed with her differences and a memory that they call up.

I have only read five of the 12 stories but I couldn't wait to share my excitement! The typical anthology has at least a few stories that make it worth buying. I can guarantee that the first five books alone are worth more than the $4.99 price and know who some of the other authors are I am betting that the percentage is going to be high. I have already met three new authors through this collection and will be watching for the sequel (please please please) and going back to check out some of there other books. I have always stuck with Lilliana Harts lighter work and really enjoyed them but she started this group out with a bang that blew me away. I don't think if even need to comment on the awesome Darynda Jones. Thank you all for putting together this masterpiece.

Even when I wasn't reading it, I was thinking about it. Yep, typical Misty Evans. She always creates amazing and unique characters with strength, intelligence and wit. I really needed the humor to balance out the tension of the situation. The plot is complex and some of the background is hidden so that even B can't access it.
It was interesting to see where Colby's standoffishness comes from and even more to be able to understand that reason that he can't keep some people out of his life ; Shelby provided a soft place in his youth that made it possible for him to attach to people even though he doesn't want to. It was obvious from the beginning that they still loved one another so I was dying to know what had split them up! That piece of information was locked in one of her missing memories and he sure wasn't willing to share with her or with the reader. Great, Awesomes, Fantastic, and a Must Read!!!
I requested and received an advanced readers' copy of Fatal Vision from the author. The review is totally my opinion and I always review books that I love. I love, love, love Fatal Vision.

At first I was sure I was going to like it; there was nothing wrong, it just wasn’t “my kind of book”. But a funny thing happened; I couldn’t find a place to stop. I don’t know if it was the flow of the book or just the overall excellent writing, but this book that I didn’t think I would enjoy was awesome! I received the book from Gemma Halliday Publishing in exchange for a review. I have loved all of the cozy mysteries GHP has published so I decided to try this one even though it was not a mystery, and I am so glad I did. It reads a bit like a New Adult novel but the people are around 30 years old and for the main character, for Erin Crawford, the year and a half before she turns 30 are her real growing years. When she and some friends make a list of things they would like to accomplish, she decides to take it seriously, even though she was seriously drunk when she came up with some of the ideas. She both journals and blogs about her experiences and that blog for which she expected to have about five followers explodes, changing her world. Both the 30 first dates, yes 30 guys, and the challenges she has given herself lead to fun and frustration, but in the end what matters most is that she discovers who she is and, well, what matters most.

When Greenback returned from standard SEAL training, he discovered that his wife might have breast cancer. On the day they discover that it is true, they also find out that she is pregnant. As much as he would love another child, if they have to make a choice, he would choose his wife, but she refuses to even consider the option no matter what happens. He worries that she has had to carry too much by herself since he have been a SEAL for 5 of their six years of marriage; in fact he was gone for her first pregnancy and missed the delivery. This is one thing he is determined that she is not going to handle alone, but he feels at a loss for how to handle it. As always, the TEAM and their ladies are there to help as much as they can, but they can only carry so much, too.

You are so lucky to be able to read the first four book in the Real Cowboy box set back to back. I read started reading them as they came out and had You are so lucky to be able to read the first four book in the Real Cowboy box set back to back. I read started reading them as they came out and had to wait for each book. This is definitely a binge-worthy set! This series touches my heart. Each book pulls me in and wraps me in sadness and warmth. The past pain of the family makes it hard for the men to move forward with open hearts until they find just the right woman.
A Real Cowboy Never Says No I have done it again! I have fallen in love with a series and the characters in it. A Real Cowboy Never Says No toyed with my heart throughout but always gave me hope. That is a great balancing act and is what most good romance novels need. Of course, now I have 8 more books that I have to read and they aren't all ready yet, but I suspect that with the other series that Ms. Rowe has out, I will have plenty to keep me busy in addition to my current TBR list.
A Real Cowboy Knows How to Kiss Life has always been tough for the Stockton boys, but it was Steen who paid the biggest price. He is positive that he can never be happy and never trust another woman, until that is the only woman he ever really trusted returns to Rogue Valley. As independent as he is but in dire need of a helping hand, Erin Chambers is the one person to can touch his heart. Well, maybe not the only person.
A Real Cowboy Rides a Motorcycle Have I mentioned these men, these books, are HOT? But there is so much more to the story. The brothers all have three things in common besides their great looks. They have lived with so much pain and rejection that it has affected their adult lives. They all have big, if deeply damaged hearts. They would die for one another and anyone else that feel that they owe loyalty. Zane's stop at the ranch is only supposed to be a quick one but there are draws to lasting a little longer that were never there before. Only one of the attractions is a boardroom beauty who should be out of her element but somehow seems to fit right where she is...mostly.
A Real Cowboy Never Walks Away In this case Lissa McIntrye feels like she landed in heaven several years earlier when at 17 and pregnant she ended up in the Wildflower Cafe. Now as owner she has to work hard to take care of herself and her daughter but most of the time she is ahead of the game. When country music star Travis Stockton walks in, she is more than a little lost because her only help has eloped during the busiest time of the year. This is the time she makes a large part of the money she and her daughter live one for the whole year! When a this stranger offers to help, she accepts because she trusts his brother and because she is pretty desperate but when she starts to be drawn to him, she has some major thinking to do. Country music legend Travis Stockton may be a stranger but he is all Stockton and despite what much of the town thinks, in her book, that is a good thing but having any man in her laugh is far beyond her imagination.

The tales were connected by a cute element, Build-a-Boyfriend, an app and subscription service that lets the user pretend to have a boyfriend for those tough moments when the pressure to be settled gets to be too much. The service includes texts, voice messages, a picture gallery and for a little more money flower and gift deliveries. The women in each of the stories has a completely different experience with her fake boyfriend but in the long run not one women is sorry that she subscribed to the service.
The third story was good but the sometimes jerkiness of the male protagonist and half owner of Build-a-Boyfriend, and the earthiness of the sex didn't fit my old fashion sense of a Christmas story, but most people would have no problem with it. The overall plot was cute but the juxtaposition of sweet and raw didn't work for me as well as Cat Johnson's and Kate Angell's.
I won a copy of this book in a Facebook drawing. I know the authors would like for me to review it but nobody actually asked. The opinion express is all mine.

It so fun and sweet in both senses of the word! I have enjoyed all of the books, but this one is my favorite. Activities on the cruise, both good and bad, feel real enough that I could well connect to trying to get around the ship as the waves rocked it. My one cruise didn't face a real storm, but we edged around one close enough that I felt real sympathy for the cruisers. Most of us can identify with the "fun" of having excited kids and teenagers run around mindless of the disaster they can leave in their wake. Nick's mother Rose is an amazingly good sport for not wanting to wring a couple of necks. Maybe that is a grandmother thing. I absolutely adored Nick's family as well as Ginny. Nick was the kind of uncle we wish every child could have and Ginny was a typical Ummarino, kind and fun-loving. This may be the best cruise of your life. My thanks to Chris Keniston for allowing me to read an ARC of Honeymoon for Severn. I love books that take me away for a while and give me the kind of people to spend time with both in real life and in fiction....more
