The world building was really good. I enjoyed getting lost in the world the author created; it was full of chaos, magic, war, uncertainty and so much more.
Remi was sweet; his curious mind and his never ending questions warmed my heart.
Lawrence was more reserved but being around Remi bought out a more protective and caring side of him.

I wanted to hug Juro so freaking badly. I could have smacked his ex - she literally did my head in every time she opened that horrible mouth of hers.
Rin and Deka were adorable and Sen, despite his troubles was amazing. Sasha made me laugh; he was sweet and funny.
Juro deserved a true life partner and Shig ticked all the boxes. Their interactions were emotional, meaningful and heartwarming. The heat factor was there but more subtle.
Fantastic book and I would highly recommend it especially, if you enjoyed Masa and Sota’s story.

This story was entertaining from beginning to end. Mabon was a pouty brat who had many hidden layers, just waiting to be peeled back. Blake catches Mabon’s attention and things pretty much go from there.
Blake discovers that there’s more to Mabon than meets the eye. I found Mabon collecting shiny moments to be quite endearing. These were beautiful and their love and fierce protectiveness of each other warmed my heart.
