The book is a massive. There are hundreds and hundreds of places throughout the world. The book is beautifully crafted together and very easy on the eyes. I really like how it’s just small snippets about everything. Hotels, restaurants, museums, a bit of history etc.
I have already visited a good deal of places in Europe in this book, and it’s so much fun to see.
I will however say, some of the places recommended in the book are quite pricy, but there are plenty of places to see within anyone’s budget if one wishes to.
Despite me having read this as an assignment in school, I still have very fond memories of it. The book of the dead tells the story of the journey in the afterlife. It consist of hyms, magical spells, and prayers.
We are shown the papyrus of Ani, one of the most famous and well-known papyrus. There is no doubt in my mind that the papyrus itself deserves a 5 star rating, and this book very simply describe what we saw on the papyrus, and in addition the translated script. The reason I settled on 4 stars was the fact that despite my curiosity of the culture and the old texts, my knowledge of what all these gods, places and ceromonies are very limited. Which translated into me having a hard time connecting the information....more

What an engaging and electric thriller. Flowers did a good job keeping the suspense high, and she was excellent at cliffhangers.

I am normally not too fond of “past and futures- POV’s”, but I do believe it helped create mystery while keeping the story evolving.
A lot of all these small details turned out to really matter and it was a well rounded story. I am a little frustrated about the “open ending” in regard to Margot. I think Margot was a nice person to follow, and I wanted her to succeed. I do love a good cop so Pete was just a nice element to the story. My heart broke for Luke. I had a scare myself with a close family member with symptoms related to Luke’s condition and it is absolutely heartbreaking to look into a person’s eyes you love and not see them truly seeing you.

It´s been a minute since a dark romance book has gotten my attention. I understand why this story blew up all over SoMe. It was such a dysfunctional cIt´s been a minute since a dark romance book has gotten my attention. I understand why this story blew up all over SoMe. It was such a dysfunctional connection that Carlton so elegantly turned into something more. I am not going to sit here and say some of the things in it didn´t make me question my sanity, because it did. But that is the beauty of dark romance. It challenges you.
It was so refreshing that Zade didn´t have a tragic background. It was also great seeing how Adeline struggled with her feelings. I think with Zade pushing her she became more herself. The ending left us with a horrible cliffhanger, so guess who will be picking up the second book soon? Yeah, you guessed it. Me. If I don´t this book will end up haunting me.

I never grow tired of folklore. Of myths. And I love how many versions there are of the same tale. It’s fascinating. It’s magical. I also love the addI never grow tired of folklore. Of myths. I loved the how it tried to represent the entire world from tales from Scandinavia, to the US, to Slavic folklore.

My only complain is that I can never get enough pages when it comes to the Andrews. It starting really well, but the end felt a tiny bit forced. It went by so fast. The characters were great, but I did lack a little more insight, more courting, but again. It was short and we got a full story so compared to the pages, we actually got enough to make it interesting. I am just greedy.
