I knew the moment I finished the first chapter that I was going to like it. It had all the elements you look for in a good book.
I started reading this book yesterday and finished it this morning, because it was one of those books that you just can't stop reading.
I loved how the storyline was divided into two threads and then intricately woven back together. It felt like such an adventure, especially the ending when you start realising what the story was all about.
The only thing I could find lacking was character development. The characters in Shankar's grandpa's stories were well developed but his own character seemed pretty hollow to me.
Other than that minor setback though, Divyastra proved to be one of the best of the Indian literature I've ever read. So I wholeheartedly recommend you to go check this book out. You'll love it, especially the ending.
(P.S. I don't think the blurb does justice to the book.)

Tavish and Ellis were so damned adorable together, and I loved all the Leland POVs scattered in between.
Everyone in the Hitman gang is quirky in their own way, and I hope Everly and Micah will get their own stories some day too.
As for this book, it was full of adventures, comedy, Fence worship, knives, guns, tasers, and all the fun and laughs you'd expect from an Alice Winters book....more

I loved the suspense, and even though I'd suspected who the culprit was a long time before it was revealed, it was still suspenseful enough to keep me hooked.
Lucas's character was my favourite, beyond any doubt. He was the most supportive and understanding guy ever. This quote was the moment he became my favourite character:
"...if she wasn't interested in him, he didn't want things to be awkward between them. Right now, she needed a friend more than anything else. A friend and a protector. That was something he could definitely be..."
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed reading Dark Memento and will be looking forward to reading more books from the Verona Bay series.

Thanks to UIBB for the review copy!
The only thing that I can say I didn't like was the fact that it ended so soon! I was having so much fun!
I loved both the protagonists. And their POVs. Both of them, Kara and Dean made me laugh, grin, roll my eyes and fall in love with them.
I loved Kara for her independent spirit as well as her vulnerable side. I loved her badass-ness and her kindness.
I loved Dean for his cockiness and the usual bad boy charm, but also for the deep love he had for Kara.
Together, I loved them for creating this masterpiece of a story of their life!
As Long As You Hate Me was entertaining right from the beginning. The first chapter ends with Kara slapping Dean. I actually highlighted that sentence and added a 'Go girl!' note to it, that's how much it had already captured me! And it only got better as it progressed, mind you!
As Long As You Hate Me was steamy, sexy, heart warming and tear jerking all at the same time and I loved every single bit of it! <3...more

(I was glued to my Kindle when I wasn't eating or doing other human maintenance things)
Dawson and Cal were both wonderful characters, Dawson with his strength and his willingness to give Cal a chance even when everyone told him not to, and Cal with his sweetness and protectiveness.
My favorite thing about this book was the fact that we spend 80% of it (or 65%, since they first "meet" at the 15% mark) watching Cal and Dawson build a relationship. I liked that it wasn't hurried, especially considering the history.
If you're looking for a romance that you can sink into and never want to leave, Should the Sky Fall is just the book for you!
I can't wait for book 2. I adored Ellis and Gabe, and I'm excited for their story!

To be honest, I hadn't been completely sold on Claude when I first met him, but he pulled me in in this book and now I adore him. He's the perfect match to Karsyn' prickly attitude and I loved the pair.
