Excellent. Every Christian should be familiar with the message of Ecclesiastes, and Gibson is a worthy guide.

Also read in 2017.

Elizabeth How would you compare this with "Recovering Eden"?

Josh Those are my two favorite books on Ecclesiastes. Both are excellent. Gibson I think has a slightly more consistent interpretation of Ecclesiastes (i.e., he sees one primary message in it, and demonstrates that repeatedly) so he's slightly ahead of Eswine on that. But Gibson also skipped a couple of the middle chapters that are the hardest to find a unified structure and message to - which gives Eswine a point or two in his favor. Tie overall :)
