This is the final story in the Mary Poppins collection and it is one of the sweeter stories that I’ve come across on this journey.

The story of Luti and the combined effort to get him back home, with a little bit of help from the Man in the Moon, ends with the Holy Terror getting everything that was coming to her. And I loved every second of it. And seeing all of the characters that we have grown to love through the other stories was a really lovely touch as well, and you could easily imagine this story fitting in with the original books.

All in all, I’m quite glad to have gone through the original Mary Poppins stories because I did absolutely love the film growing up and I think it is still one of my favourite films of all times, and it was interesting to see where these characters originated from and how different they were to the characters I knew and loved from the film.
