I loved this book for how progressive the content is considering that it's been almost 80 years since this book was written. It's disturbing how some of the topics covered in this book are still in existence. I also liked some of the perspectives that Periyar has with regards to why he believes certain issues are pulling down women. Also this book isn't just about women. It's about gender equality as well. It talks about men as much as it does about women. Would highly recommend everyone to give this one a read.
