I blame this book for my obsession in stories with misunderstood monsters who only need love.

What other novels has that theme? I loved this one (I only saw the movie but I'm interested in the theme) would highly appreciate recommendations. :) Thanks.

A new book that was also a succesful movie was The Shape of Water. I read anything that includes paranormal romance stories also. ❤
