I can't get enough of Tieraona Low Dog! I bought two of her books thinking I would use them as reference books for teaching CE classes. I read them cover to cover, I took notes, underlined entire paragraphs and dog-eared pages. This book can be described as cultivating resiliency and is congruent with the blue-zone phenomenon.
