it was ok
bookshelves: wake-me-up-when-its-over

My one reaction to this book is: The English language needs several more words for "love". Holy shit. Did you know it's possible to get annoyed with that word and the concept behind it?

Lady Jaye Heh.

Sans I won't even joke about a drinking game for this book. People would be dying of alcohol poisoning.

MrsJoseph *grouchy* lol! I need to catch up with this series. I was kinda turned off by the homeless chick one.

Sans This one is mostly about her again. It does catch up with Holly (book one) and Callie (book three), but it's mostly Lily. And she's still thanking her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, for the blessing of getting banged by three brothers every night. Because of LOVE.

Oh. My.

I think I'll pass on this one.

Sans I really didn't appreciate all the God bits. It was like an erotic inspirational romance.

Hi – sorry. Stumbled across your review completely coincidentally, and your final comment made me laugh out loud!
There seems to be more religious stuff creeping into this author’s recent books.

Sans Hi! I've noticed that too, lately. It's kinda creepy (to me anyway) to be reading some down and dirty smut, then have religion slapped on the page. Weird.

Wow. I'm totally staying away from her from now on. The review of her newest short story is pretty depressing...and now she's adding multiple partners with religion? Yeah, that's sexy. /sarcasm *facepalm*

That's not, something you'd think there would be a market for. At least openly acknowledged. I'm sure porn is quite well-represented on the sly in that segment of the population. :-P

I liked a few of her books, but lately? *shakes head*

LOL! There's a market for everything, but you're right, I don't see this one being openly acknowledged. I wonder if she's starting to slide into an Anne Rice-ish spiritual reawakening or something.
