** spoiler alert ** JFC this is some stupid arse shite right here. Should have expected it with that cover 🤣. Overkill much? That kind of ripped definition is so fake. It looks artificial and is unattractive to me. A fit guy with natural musculature is sexier and doesn't look like he's trying to prove something.
And who the HELL even stands like that, anyway?
A bad cover is one thing. But the heroine is a jerk and a badly executed one because she flip-flopped from hateful to kind like a switch was flipped. And the hero's voice is sooo feminine it's a bloody joke. I loathe dual POV for a few reasons but this is the main one. I don't hear a man here. I hear a woman who is clueless about how men think trying to sound like a man.
Lame plot, lousy characterisation. Lots of boner and 'lady part' talk and, nope. Just no.
Don't waste my time.
