This story made very little sense. There were so many plot holes that I’m surprised I was still able to follow the plot (more or less). Basically this isn’t it if you’re looking to read something that.. makes sense. That being said, I still read every word, and will probably continue to read about other characters from the series because .. I just can't stop myself from trying.
I won’t continue with book 2 which follows the same couple, because honestly their “love” and relationship didn’t really exist and they had no chemistry, connection or even enough romantic interaction.

That sucks! I'm a fan of RVD but I do find that her books lack structure at times. Hope your next book is better :)

@Ren, thanks. I do want to try more of her books. I actually have quite a few on my kindle that I purchased whenever there was an offer. This one just happens to be my first read by her and also it might be the first book she wrote I think.
@Katie, yeah, I was a bit disappointed because I was looking forward to another good mafia series..

@Julia, I actually have loads of her books (I kept buying them whenever there was a sale- because they sounded good). There’s something about her writing that I like, and since this was I think her first book, I believe/hope it only gets better from here.
