2.5 rounded up (Listened to the audiobook)

I was disappointed considering this book was shortlisted for the Booker prize. I found the character unbelievable and unrelatable. So much of it could have been more interesting but fell flat.

Thank you Monica!

I hope you are able to enjoy it!
Love and Other Though Experiences sounds interesting but it also sounds a little similar to a short story I read recently.

Ana Ovejero I'm currently reading Burnt Sugar and I'm not finding neither the plot nor the characters interesting. I didn't like Shuggie Bain much neither. I thought both of them are about topics that have already been discussed in several books and in better ways

Interesting! I haven't read Shuggie Bain yet
