message 4: by Tim (new) - rated it 5 stars

Tim Null Thanks, Chrissie. I very much enjoyed this book. I infrequently use audio recordings but in this case I believe the narrator enhanced the experience and my enjoyment.

Baba Yaas! So glad you enjoyed this one Tim :)

Tim Null Baba, what's not to like with all the references to Greek food, Detroit, Grosse Pointe, Petoskey, Charlevoix, and the U.P.? It was like I was back in Michigan again.
Michigan is always a great place to visit in the summer.

Heidi I loved this book— it has stayed with me for years. So glad you loved it too!! 😎

message 8: by Tim (new) - rated it 5 stars

Tim Null Thanks, Heidi. I'm from Michigan. I've been to the places mentioned, and I was living in Michigan at the time the story took place. Plus, I love Greece and Greek food, and now I live in the Bay Area of California. I have so many links to this story. 😊

Karen I love the quote you chose, Tim. You have a way of doing that! :)

Tim Null Thanks, Karen. I just look for a short sentence, and the shortest sentence usually wins.
