I picked this up second hand thinking it was Bella Mackie's novel which it is not! Lol. It's like a supplement guide to 'Jog On' and it's meant to be used as your own running journal. I didn't use it for this purpose but still enjoyed reading it nonetheless and gained a lot from it. I've started making myself a little running goal each week. Would be great for anyone looking to take up running, especially if they've already read 'Jog On'.
