This was such a cute YA contemporary romance. Jenny is a cello prodigy who hopes to get into a prestigious conservatory. She’s working at her uncle’s karaoke bar one night when she meets a boy, Jaewoo, and they have a wild night of running around the city together… and then he disappears, never to text her back. When Jenny and her mom have to go to South Korea to take care of her grandmother, she discovers that not only are they enrolled at the same performing arts school, he’s a member of a famous K-pop band. And not allowed to date.

This book was so cute. The chemistry worked. The friend group was adorable. I completely loved Jenny and the sweet romance between her and Jaewoo was so sweet to read. 5/5 stars.
