I will keep reading the series because I like the settings very much though there are plenty questionable explanations: like why having the technology and skills of sand diving you never try to explore further and just use it for scavenging.
Also this book was very slow with almost zero plot.

And c’mon you can’t write series with 8 years apart between books. Have mercy.
