You may have two Reader’s Choices, or more, if you have more than three books that fall into the other categories. Don’t forget the “WILD CARD!” choices below, too.

Also, you may opt for the “Spell-it-Out” option.

DURATION:   September 1st to 30th, 2014.

LEVELS:

September 6th: National Fight Procrastination Day - Read a book that has long been on your bookshelf.

September 9th: School Starts - Read a book about a schoolteacher or a student.

September 10th: TV Dinner Day - Known for their easy consumption, and in honor of this, read a book that is easy and fast to consume.

September Mods’ Birthdays: Gigi & Lisa Kay’s Birthdays. - Read a book that has a cover the color their favorite hue - purple or blue!

Reader’s Choice: - As always, you may have two Reader’s Choice books. Or more, if you have more than three books that fall into the other categories.

Read a couple of the short stories today: Lap Dance and Her Very Special Robot. Both would be good beach reads, and both are erotic reads, although they are extremely short. Overall, I liked them both, and gave them 3 stars.

I finished Against All Odds late last night. I have to say, the writing was good, and it kept me on the edge of my seat wondering what would happen. However, the pacing felt off to me. The book dragged, to the point where it took me two days to read it and I wanted to DNF it a couple of different times. I am hoping it is a fluke for this book, as the second book in the series was deeply discounted yesterday and I picked it up. It is a 2.5 star read for me, that I am rounding up to 3 stars.
