Saleh Hi.What We Talk About When We Talk About Love?PLZ Answer The Qustion In My Profile.

Marlaina McCauslin thanks for adding me as a friend!

Happy Holidays~ Marlaina McCauslin

Author, Julia Hey Jamia, ~,~
Will you check out my synopsis for my book!

Hit me back and let me know what you think and if it sounds like something you would like on your shelf ~,~

Life Is Never Perfect, Even For These Four Women
New Novel tells the dramatic stories of four young ladies seeking happiness and satisfaction in an imperfect world

Never Say Never follows the enduring journeys of four extraordinary women; from early adolescence into early adulthood. Through the pages of this work, readers will meet an unforgettable quartet ~ Amanda, a successful doctor, LaNae an entrepreneur, Monique, a hairstylist, and Celeste, an educator ~ and through each of their stories, they will witness the obstacles that comes with careers, their own search for meaning and happiness, and ultimately discover their relationships that evolve around family, friendship and love. Through friendship, these women grow and evolve, both individually and collectively.

Reviewer ~ Sidne Kingston
DivineSisterz of Chicago Christian Book Club

Never Say Never... characters are faced with life’s disappointments, growing pains, heartfelt moments, true friendship, revenge, complex confusion, blessings and love that abides. Each character will have to make a decision that will shape their future for the rest of their lives.
The author provides a two-way mirror, one side, the characters and the other side, Maybe You.
A revelation packed storyline sure to hold your attention.
On a scale of 1-4, my rating of Never Say Never….. is a 4

Reviewer ~ Rasheemah
Real Divas of Literature "#1 Book Club

I recommend this book because it is not only about friendship. It shows that if you have faith and trust in God, you can accomplish anything. Ms Thomas did an excellent job with this novel. This is not your average urban book but you will not be able to put it down. Will these ladies be able to find love and happiness? Will there past be there demise?
I give this book 5 Stars

Paige I am interested in African American literature. I know that's a really broad topic though :). My thesis, which I haven't started working on yet, will most likely look into neo-slave narratives. My other research interests are slave narratives, Nella Larsen, portrayals of women in fiction by African American women, and the use of history in fiction...I'll have to talk to you more later to get some book recommendatins based on your research and interests.

Paige Thanks for the add. I see you have a shelf for your thesis. What MA program are you doing?

Jeremy I want to apologize for the all the recommendations from me yesterday. I wanted to share the Stoker Award news, and I only pressed the send button once--I'm not sure what happened to create so many messages. Some weird glitch.

Argh...this is terrible...

Again, I'm very sorry.

Jeremy Here’s wishing you a nifty New Year filled with noiseless noses, neato nicknames, noble Nebraskans, gnarly narcoleptic nebulas, and novel novels about nut-eating narwhals and novercaphobic gnats.

-Jeremy :)

P.S.—I’m currently offering autographed/personally-inscribed copies of my novel, Vacation, with free shipping for those in the US. If there’s anything you could do to help me spread the word about this, I’d really appreciate it. Feel free to click here for details:

Jeremy Hi Jamia!

Here’s wishing you a yippee-filled Yuletime overflowing with yard-long yams, yapping yoyo-yanking yetis, yak-milk yeast-cakes, and yellow yarn-yielding year-end yard-gnomes.
