Trinisse has traveled the globe extensively exploring the cultures, sights, museums,and historical monuments,while sampling the cuisine, and seeking inspiration. Her favorite cities include London, Paris, Cairo, New Orleans, Vienna, Boston, Venice, Monte Carlo, San Francisco and New York City.

Miss Chanel has resided on both the East, and West coasts with her beloved canine "children".

Having been born into a family of wonderful cooks, at the age of six years, Trinisse Chanel became interested in the art of cooking. When she was seven years old, she entered her first culinary competition and won second prize in a baking contest.
