The recipe for a *chef’s kiss* meeting invite email: 1️⃣ Share an agenda, always. No one likes a mystery meeting. Try riffing on this template for a 30-minute meeting: - [5 min] Intro/Icebreaker - [10 min] Review project plan - [15 min] Brainstorm 2️⃣ Include key details: Don’t forget the basics—the “Who, what, where, when, why?” of your meeting. 3️⃣ Keep your subject line short, sweet, and informative. And avoid spam words like "urgent!" 4️⃣ Make it easy to find a time to meet: include your Calendly link, or add your available time slots directly into your invite email from Calendly for quick booking. 5️⃣ Add a personal touch!
