'Tale of two cities' - that's the state of the current job market. On one side, there is tremendous demand for talent in jobs that support the core economy such as - accountants, paralegals, helpdesk support, biologists, specialist nurses, and mechanical/electrical engineers. On the other side, we see some sectors experiencing negative job growth with a tremendous oversupply of talent in the high-paying sectors such as information technology and financial services. We see financial services being the most impacted and weakest sector in terms of demand this quarter. Please leave your comments on what you are seeing in the job market this quarter
