As a LifeGroups Pastor part of our job is helping people take a next step and get connected to a healthy community that will encourage and support their relationship with Christ. When I saw that this was a big part of what we get to do, I was excited. Also that I get to lead a team of people who have the same passion for connection. These are the things that get me pumped! The stories that I get to hear about the life change that happens at LifeGroup is one of the things that keeps me going! Whether it is the marriage on the brink of disaster that is saved because of the encouragement of the group. The widow who finds friends who are going through the same grief of loss or the addiction that is broken because of God's work through a LifeGroup. The absolute best thing about my ministry is that I get to be on the front lines of seeing people's lives change through God's power!"
