Construction has begun on the residential tower section of our 220 North Ada project in Chicago. The three-story podium at the base of the tower will house a lobby, ground-floor retail, parking, and a fourth-floor amenity space for residents. The expansion will be a 2.2-million-square-foot, state-of-the-art tire manufacturing facility that will enhance the company’s production capabilities while creating jobs and contributing to the area's economic growth. Design is now underway on a groundbreaking project in the #QuantumComputing field. #Clayco is excited to announce our partnership with #PsiQuantum alongside #RelatedMidwest, #CRG, and #LamarJohnsonCollaborative to design and build the first US-based utility-scale quantum computer. We are grateful for the support of #CityofChicago, #StateofIllinois, and many others on this innovative journey.

Clayco's upcoming office in Berkeley, Missouri will demonstrate our dedication to sustainability and to the well-being of our team. Designed by Lamar Johnson Collaborative, the new office blurs the divide between the interior and exterior. Trees permeate into the building, while the atriums and expansive glass walls generously let in sunlight.
