Networking on LinkedIn has been crucial for my career. But I see a lot of people doing it wrong. Networking is not.. ❌ Annoying the heck out of people ❌ Copy and pasting the same message ❌ Reaching out to 10 people and then giving up Networking on LinkedIn is.. ✅ Earning trust and rapport (which often takes time) ✅ Researching the person before connecting ✅ Sending personalized messages Networking is a game changer for landing your dream role. But doing it poorly will do more damage to your reputation than good! Agree? #networking #jobseekers #jobsearch

Are you accepting every connection request that comes your way, or do you have a strategy behind who you connect with? Networking can sometimes feel like a bit of a black hole, right?
