Tier 3 Friendships? Oh no! These TAC expressions are cracking me up. 😂 So, what’s this all about? This isn’t preachy, could be screechy, but the end of it, is, just BE AWARE! We humans are social beings, whether we agree or disagree! We all subconsciously or consciously desire long lasting, meaningful friendships and then there are those whom we end up with having ‘the relationship’. But look around or peep into the annals of history – if not governed by the principles of a genuine friendship, the inevitable will bite us in the ass(ets) of our pursuits! Take it or leave it, folks! 😅 TRUTH is ‘the ingredient’ or the bedrock of any friendship. Being truthful from day one – is by just being ourselves, with our strengths and weaknesses and living it as it is! Unmasked! If someone can’t accept us as we are, we shouldn’t have to fake or scam it. We are all a work in progress, as long as we are honest about working on those areas of improvements… so carry on, carrying on! Alongside truth, comes a sense of TRANSPARENCY that begins to grow on us. Wearing our hearts on our sleeves, however, is not for manipulation, but for authenticity. It ain’t hiding behind closed doors or sweeping the dust under the carpet, but to have the tenacity (or the cheese balls) in speaking our minds out and to deliberate about it. We can agree to disagree and still be civil about it! To live amicably as human beings, the honest coexistence of a pluralistic society! 😎 Moreso, even when our words or works come under the scanner, truth and transparency would be the breath of fresh air we'll need and we would have ‘nothing to fear'. Through it all, we'll be left with a more peaceful conscience to sleep with rather than living with a lie and its sting of deception. 😊 Finally, what springs forth naturally from the above seeds of sowing is, TRUST - we become more reliable and credible, far from being incredible though! 😤 Take note, through this journey, we will have our moments of the winds and waves to steer away from as we are not (by-products of Kevlar) bullet proof. Neither we are super men, wonder women or avengers of the universe. Hey, but, we can still become ‘shelters’ where one could rest or take refuge in - houses of restoration and rejuvenation! Remember those friends who have been closer than a brother or sister or a loved one, folks? Cheers to their friendships! Hope and pray we have more of them, than just left to be preyed upon! In conclusion, at least it gives us a perspective to pursue these ‘TIER 3 FRIENDSHIPS’, and hold on to cherished memories! Enough said, sow these seeds and eventually, we’ll enjoy the fruit of it all!
