Have you ever thought about the pros and cons of bringing back former employees? This idea of rehiring previous team members, known as "Boomerang Employees," is catching on. ✅ Pros: They already know your company's culture and how things work, which makes them easier to bring on board. Often, they're more loyal because they've chosen to return after seeing what's out there. ❌ Cons: But it's not always smooth sailing. Old problems might come back, their ideas may not evolve, and current staff might not take their return well. As a leader, thinking about these points is crucial before deciding to rehire a past employee. Have you dealt with a Boomerang Employee before? How did it affect your team? Feel free to share your thoughts in the comments. https://lnkd.in/e7QGUBsm #Hiring #Recruitment #TalentAcquisition
