Building a Global community for Social Traveling | Founder, CEO - WanderOn | Workcations | Entrepreneur | Traveller | Storyteller
Once in a quarter, I became a client of my own company. I mean to say, I try to do a few trips every quarter with a group of clients to get the real picture. Where I try to understand the client's needs and feedback on everything. One trip to Ladakh completely changed my perspective a few years ago. Blending in with the group, as somewhere traveling with WanderOn for the first time, instead of being the founder. This unplanned experience highlighted the importance of customer-centricity. Since then, I've made it a habit to travel with WanderOn groups once a quarter as a client. Why? Because I get to have ; - Unfiltered Client Interactions, - Raw Feedback & Understand their perspective, - Understand the real feedback they have about WanderOn and Understand their perspective. - Firsthand Experience what we're offering to the clients. And, it has helped me a great deal in making changes in systems and procedures, wherever necessary, based on these experiences. It's easy to get caught up in the day-to-day and lose sight of the real magic: creating unforgettable experiences for our customers. That's why, at WanderOn, I prioritize going undercover – as a client! #customerexperience #travel
Any action or step to find out the true insights about the trip/trek from clients experience is utmost important for a founder to make things better going forward. Indeed, Good action plans.
