You have been billing me twice for over two years. I have been on chat support with Chidurala/Manoj who refuses to let me know if this is fraud (someone has my card number) OR an error on your part. On top of that, he/she is only going to refund 6 months of the fraudulent or erroneous charges. Every time I ask this person a question, they deflect. I ask to have my case escalated. They give me someone else. This person offers my 10 months refund (THIS SHOULD NOT BE A GAME OF BARTERING) but still refuses to let me know if this is FRAUD or an error by Netflix. This is unacceptable. How am I supposed to know if someone has my card number (FRAUD) or you just did this by mistake? The consequences are significant. I can post the entire long chat in here if you like. Please DM me with contact information for whom I can escalate this to - the person on chat is not able to help or even respond to simple questions.

Doordash After two hours waiting on the platform, I called in to complain to Doordash Support. They claim everything in the company is automated & I say if it was automated how come it aint like Uber. Uber Assign deliveries every 2 minutes! First I was texting them & then decided to call in to vent my frustration!! After two Customer Service Rep, I finally received an Order! They try to low-ball me with $3...7 miles. I denied the order!#disrespect I finally got one heading to Louisiana Popeye's Chicken! The moment I walk out the car. The little Homie asked me, " Do I have a couple dollars?" I said, "Turn on your Doordash app. if Im working, you need to work for your money homie." Things ain't free in America! You young. There ain't no reason for you to be bumming. I just got unlawfully terminated & I'm out here looking for a new company to rebound." If panhandling is that easy, how about you cashapp me rightnow? $Sammyp215 Moral of the Story!
