WM is doing some really exciting and interesting work in the genAI space. The vendor/service landscape is incredibly complex and changing quickly, I'm often asked where to focus, and what WM prioritizes. It's 100% not on the AI but on the HUMAN impact. Check out Rick's post - this is it! It's ironic, but in an age of Artificial Intelligence, enabling humans should absolutely be the focus. Use cases today are direct cost-reduction focused, use cases tomorrow will be enabling the workforce of the future. How people work 1, 3, 5 years from now will look INCREDIBLY different than today.
