Nederlands: Film van het ministerie van Landbouw, Visserij en Voedselvoorziening over het herstel en de ontzilting van de Zeeuwse landbouwgronden (na de inundatie tijdens WO II of na de watersnood van 1953). 02:22 Oogstende boeren, cu zee en branding, overstroomd land, herstelwerkzaamheden aan dijken (graven, heien, afwatering), opgedroogd land met oa skeletjes van krabben en resten van landbouwwerktuigen. 05:42 Eggende boer, boeren die gips uitstrooien boven hun land, animaties die aangeven hoeveel zout er in de bodem terecht is gekomen, hoe het zout de bodemstructuur aantast en hoe een afwateringssysteem het zout afvoert, cu afwateringssysteem, mannen die een afvoerpijp uitgraven. 08:40 Verzilte grond, eggende en ploegende boer, het nemen van grondmonsters, onderzoek met de monsters in een laboratorium, cu's van div. gewassen en planten. 13:29 Animaties plantengroei, div. van braakliggend, zilt terrein, regen, animatie structuurbederf door zout, boeren die gips uitstrooien. 18:10 Afgravingswerkzaamheden: na een explosie worden brokken steen (kalk?) kleingehakt, met transportkarretjes weggereden en met een machine fijngemalen. Animatie die het herstel van de bodem weergeeft, monsters van grond die niet en van grond die wel met gips bestrooid is, oogstende boer bij boerderij "Nieuw Leven". N.B. Datering onbekend: na de inundatie tijdens WO II of na de watersnood van 1953.

Animation for the reconstruction of the ground displays, samples of soil and land not to be sprinkled with plaster, harvesting peasant farm "New Life".
