The reference to "black and white" should be deleted where it states "The black and white keffiyeh worn by Palestinian men of any rank, became a symbol of Palestinian nationalism during the Arab Revolt of the 1930s", as the source does not state the keffiyeh was black and white at this time. The general Wikipedia page on the Keffiyeh says the colour of the keffiyeh worn in the 1930s Arab Revolt was white. It is also supported by this source: https://www.theguardian.com/world/2023/dec/11/keffiyeh-scarf-fashion-history-palestine. The black and white keffiyeh was introduced later, as discussed in the other Wikipedia page on the Keffiyeh and other sources like the one provided above. 101.187.9.149 (talk) 01:02, 27 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

"This was unusual, as the keffiyeh is associated with Arab masculinity, and many believe this to be something of a fashion statement by Khaled, denoting her equality with men in the Palestinian armed."

I suggest changing "Palestinian armed." to "Palestinian armed resistance." Orfoforfe (talk) 17:24, 7 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Partly done: Changed the language to just "Palestinian resistance" – macaddct1984 (talk | contribs) 13:56, 14 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Add final sentence to Production section

Since March 2024, there are now at least two factories manufacturing keffiyehs in Palestine. Hala Palestine partnered with a textile factory in Nablus to begin producing Nablus Keffiyehs. [1] Vsthill14 (talk) 07:14, 17 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Al-Nabulsi Textile Factory was founded in 1950 by Marwan Al-Nabulsi.[2] [3] Cite error: There are <ref> tags on this page without content in them (see the help page). They formerly manufactured garments such as children's uniforms.[4] After a period of inactivity the factory reopened in 2024, with the unique looms needed to create traditional Palestinian keffiyeh textiles.[5] [6][7] Unlike Hirbawi™ kuffiyehs made in Khalil but controlled by an overseas corporation, Nabulsi kufiyas have their intellectual property and brand rights held with the factory in Palestine [8] [9] Vsthill14 (talk) 07:30, 17 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
