Turnbo Creek

Turnbo Creek is a stream in Webster County in the Ozarks of southern Missouri.[1] It is a tributary of the James River. The stream headwaters are at 37°19′52″N 92°53′34″W / 37.33111°N 92.89278°W / 37.33111; -92.89278 and its confluence with the James is at 37°16′10″N 92°59′25″W / 37.26944°N 92.99028°W / 37.26944; -92.99028.[1]

Turnbo Creek has the name of the local Turnbo family.[2] A variant name was "Turnbow Creek".[1]
