Article about footballer who has generally played at a semi-professional level and which comprehensively fails WP:GNG. The only online coverage in English and Portuguese language sources is routine stuff like transfer announcements and match reports (e.g., [1] or [2]). Note that there is another former footballer/manager named Sananduva born in 1979 that is notable, so you have to filter out coverage of him when searching.
