What can Partners for Nonprofits support my team with?
  

Partners for Nonprofits is an Atlassian Foundation program that funds product implementation support services for social impact organizations. The program is aimed at mid to large sized nonprofits who need support with organization wide rollout and adoption of Atlassian products. Lean into technology to evolve the way your teams work.

Things that can be included in the consulting sessions include:

  • Customizing Atlassian tools to your team needs
  • Personalized product trainings
  • Integration setup to make Atlassian products work well with your team’s existing tech stack
What can Teamwork coaching support my team with?
  

Teamwork coaching is a 6 month engagement focused on improving how your team works together. At Atlassian, we geek out about innovative, modern ways of working and these coaches will share their expertise to help your team find what works best for you. Bring challenges to the table, ideate solutions and run experiments to work towards becoming a more effective and collaborative team.

What is the difference between Ask an Atlassian and Partners for Nonprofits?
  

Ask an Atlassian is for teams that are early in their product discovery and adoption journey. The engagement is shorter term (up to 1 month).

Partners for Nonprofits is a longer term engagement (up to 10 consulting days) aimed at mid to large sized teams who are further along in their adoption journey and looking to integrate Atlassian products into the entire organization’s ways of working.

Both are free initiatives as part of the Atlassian Foundation’s goal to support social impact teams in achieving their missions.

When can I get support?
  

Ask an Atlassian runs on a monthly cycle. Signups are assessed and matched (if suitable for the program) at the start of each calendar month.

Partners for Nonprofits and Teamwork coaching are both grant funded programs by the Atlassian Foundation and therefore have limited capacity. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Submit a request at any time. If the program is full, you will get notified in your confirmation email after submitting that you have been added to the waitlist.

Do I need a license before I sign up for these programs?
  

Anyone can signup for Ask an Atlassian regardless of where you are at in your Atlassian product journey. We recommend, at a minimum, coming to these sessions signed up for a free license of the product(s) you are interested in and with clear needs identified.

Partners for Nonprofits and Teamwork coaching both require an organization to already be a regular product user.
