This was a short quick kinky read that started out ok and went a little sideways. Alyssa is an artist with an appreciation for the naked human body. When her boyfriend, Walker, gets her the commission of a lifetime working for Castle O, an elite swingers club, it comes with a tantalizing glimpse into the secretive world of swingers. I had problems with the fact that she was a shy almost virgin and now she's swing. This was my first time reading this author. This book was well written with no errors in grammar or spelling. I am looking forward to reading more from this author.

This was a fun read, but definitely felt like a 50 Shades-esque imagining of what the author assumed something was like.

Author Faye Hunter is a Goodreads friend of mine, so it was a pleasure to read A Tease, the first in Ms. Hunter's Castle O series.

Some erotica is written for women; some for men: and some for both genders and all shades therein. A Tease is definitely written for women. With a more fully developed story line, it's correct classification would be "erotic romance." I am not the audience for whom this book was written.

With that said, this novella features a menage and exhibitionism. Exhibitionism doesn't exist without voyeurism, and reading erotica is, in a sense voyeurism. If you enjoy reading erotica, then, you'll probably enjoy reading A Tease.

Ms. Hunter writes in an easy vernacular. The book does not feature control freak men who enjoy abusing women. It tells the story of a young woman's sexual discovery and the passion she shares with her lover.

The novella gets a four-star rating. The book could have used a more fully developed plot line. The characters' speech patterns were shared common quirks and ticks which detracted. The climax of the book, so to speak, could have used a bit more punch.

Still, this is a fine effort by Faye Hunter.

This is my first time reading anything by this author and I loved it. I can't wait to read the next book in this series. I really liked reading this book. I could hardly put it down unless I was a work or sleeping.

Alyssa is an artist dating an older man, Walker. Walker helps her get a commission an exclusive club. The night of the unveiling of her work of art at the club is a big night for her. The whole night is all about her, but she does not know the extent of it. By the end of the night, a couple of her fantasies will come true this night. Plus something she never excepted to happen to her.

I do recommend this book to others. I do see myself reading this book again.

The story attracts your attention to all of the misfitting pieces instead of sliding smoothly from one idea to another. Alyssa, the main female, is not really endearing even, maybe because of her juvenile demeanor or lack of confidence.

Never had sex with anyone else, never wore stiletto heels, never drank champagne... It's like reading about someone losing their virginity, just awkward.
