I'm so very happy with the last installment to Cole and Hailey's story. Part three is definitely so much better than the previous book!! I went in with very little expectations and for almost the first half of the book, I was thinking this was just an "okay" read. Thankfully once Cole starts to show what's in his heart to Hailey, I was completely loving this one and swooning over him!!!

We pick up right where we left off in book two. Hailey has been kidnapped by some sex slavery people and Cole is frantically trying to come to her rescue. What was cool about this is that our heroine wasn't some meek and defenseless damsel in distress. She takes matters into her own hands and ends up shooting up some mofos!! GO HAILEY!!!

After all the action settles down and Cole does also end up coming to her rescue, we start to get down to what really matters. This things that is building between Cole and Hailey, that Cole has been trying to fight since book one. He thinks Hailey deserves more than what he can offer her.

Thankfully he wises up!! When the Shmexy times start, my girls and I were definitely fanning ourselves. Cole and Hailey both have never done the anal until NOW!! Umm, I find it hard to believe that Cole never tried it. He seemed to know EXACTLY what he was doing and my God that was the hottest anal sex scene I've read!! Sorry, Mel, I know it makes you cringe!!!

There were just a couple of revelations regarding Hailey's parents that I really didn't care for and thought could have been completely removed from the story. I didn't see any value added to the plot by throwing that stuff into the mix and that's why I couldn't rate this a FIVE, but, this one was pretty damn good!! I would still recommend this series because I think you all need to meet Cole.

The next series will be about another one of the Horus Group members. Not sure who it will be about. Hoping it will be Wilson.

For future reference - Always have a different book to read.

If I did have something else to read while travelling, I would DNF this like two chapters in. I did not like the characters at all. And the plot was just a background noise for them to get to the bed.

We've got several plot twist/actions that were introduced during the "series": Taylor leaking the video, Lively, PRISM, . Yet, none of this was ever solved. Just background noise.

Where to start? This is a tricky review to write because I fell in love with Hailey and Cole in The Horus Group #1, giving it 5 SEXY STARS. I was so excited to see the future of their story, the second part resulted in a 3 star rating and maybe at this point I lost my connection to the characters because even their relationship, which I adored in part one, was not enough to capture my attention.

This third part starts in a whirlwind of action and continues at this pace throughout. I feel the extremities of the plot needed more time and development for me to feel completely invested in the serious nature and emotion of the story.

Reading is a highly subjective activity and I've seen many other fans of this series continue to enjoy the story, especially the relationship of Hailey and Cole. To end on a positive if you're looking for a quick HOT and erotic steamy read then this undoubtedly ticks those boxes!

4 Rounding Up for the Sexy Stars
* * * * Spoiler Free
When I saw first discovered this series with the catchy title and cover, I felt the overwhelming desire to read it. It was sexy as hell, felt in your face and had a plot I was able to accept.

We had these two main characters who had secrets; one trying to be "normal" and stay away from her troublesome political family. The other was this sex on a stick man with a capital M... he worked to protect and manipulate the powerful while having secrets of his own. These two found each other under strained and difficult circumstances...and

KAPOW!!!

They were ZAPPED with a magnetic need to always engage; to somehow find ways to connect... mostly sexual at first...and then developed into a more intense emotional bonding.

This bonding was powerful... it transcended the warning signals Hailey's Head was sending her.
It caused Cole to react with his business partners like never before...pushing back and actually caring about what they were doing and for whom.

We went through 2 episodes of intrigue, illusions and finally the ramp-up to the conclusion of this first series which introduced us to all the current and future players.

Which brings me to this final installment. There were three sentences that summed up this love story for me. Yes...there was raw, loving and intense sex. This is how this couple communicates...it is how they strip away all of the outer elements which infringe on them. When they are f*@king, they are talking with their hands, mouths, and hearts. It is their truth to each other.

So what were those sentences...and what did it all mean to me...
Here they are:

A bad boy can be so very good.
A good girl can get really dirty.
And two lonely people who find each other can finally be happy.

In those words we learned everything...because Hailey and Cole were lonely all their lives; economic circumstances meant nothing. She came from top shelf wealth and was alone and unloved. He was a foster kid who never really connected to any of his families. The need for each other overrode every roadblock and in the end, their acceptance of who they were to each other was key.

Oh, and yes, there was a plot of Evil in the world and selling out to protect them...and realizing maybe that wasn't the way...which, of course, leaves open other series of the Horus Group.

This was an engaging series that started out of the gate from 0 to 90 miles an hour sexy. It continued to deliver on the sexy and heart throughout. The only speed bump was the intriguing plot. It was fine; a little convoluted and not easily accepted towards the end. Overall it was an engaging read and for all the Hailey/Cole times...so worth it.

We know Jason is in a snit because Ellie, the receptionist, has up and quit without notice...hmmmm, seems to me I sense a brooding, intense man going after his woman soon...

3 wish I loved it more stars
Sweet and not sweet at all.

Hate Fuck: Part Three starts off with a bang, picking up right where the second one left off; fast and hard. Cole has never been more furious and scared in his life, the moment he realized that Hailey was taken from him he does everything in his power to get her back, showing her the real him.
“I do a lot of things in the dark of night, beautiful. Most of the time, I’d rather you not know about it.”

“You need to stop thinking I’m a heavy sleeper. Just leave me a note or something.”

This is all new territory for Cole, thinking he is helping her but in fact making her more on edge. It seems that Hailey needs more than the gentleness he's been showing her, she needs him in the only way he can be there for her.
Cole’s the earthquake, deep inside me. I give in to that feeling, give in to my body just being one crazy erogenous zone, and let myself slide into this muzzy space in my head.

Cole knows what he must do and one of them is vowing to make a statement as to what happens when you mess with what's his. Hailey's safety is more important than anything else and only he can protect her.
A bad boy can be so very good. A good girl can get really dirty. And two lonely people who find each other can finally be happy.

This is THE END (for now), but there is so much more to come...

This is the final installment of Cole and Hailey's story, but the beginning of a much bigger story. And while we did get a sense of closure, there is definitely more to it all. The dangers that seems to stem from those closest to her still remain a mystery, the bad guys that got away (for now) and the men who would be hero's in the end. There wasn't much Hate in this, there was gentle, forbidden and love, but the angry no holds bar sex that the title promises was even more lacking in this than the second. But title and actions aside, it was still an enjoyable read, the beginning in my opinion was over the top and a bit unbelievable but the events after made up for it; especially Cole. I wish I loved it more and it was probably my expectations that bummed me out more than the story, but I still think it is a story worth reading. I can't wait to see where this all goes from here, and whose book we get next.

Very confusing, but with a strong start.

Cole and Hailey are now an item, but Cole still keeps secrets from her. Thus, when she is kidnapped and she is one step from becoming a sex slave; she needs to understand on her own what is going on. And maybe she has to save herself, because where on Earth is Cole?
Cole on the other hand, after he realized his stupidity, he started running through air and sea to find her.

After this part of the story everything is very confusing. A evil familiar person is exposed out of the blue and Hailey is kept away from the truth continuously. I suppose the scene is set for the next stories about the Horus Group.

A past drama, a few misunderstandings more, a new home, lots of orgasms and a nice ending.

Still I missed the originality of the first book. Everything is too rushed towards the happy outcome and many details are not explained.

In this book we pick up where we left off with Hailey in a bit of trouble. The Horus group works together to rescue her, & Cole will do anything to protect her. We get some action, and I found it to be really funny too. We also get some more of their childhoods & past. And of course the sexy time with Cole is delicious as always! Who doesn't just adore a hot sexy alpha who only has eyes for you???

Cole & Hailey's relationship really progresses in this book. They grow closer & there was a new intimacy between them. He is her safe place, and she is his whole heart. I just loved how crazy he is for her. This was a fabulous series & I can't wait to get to the other men of The Horus Group!!! ;))

Well...not exactly what I was expecting...

description

You all know I'm a big fan of this series and that I totally loved Part One and Part Two but this one honestly let me down a little.

description

The last book ended with the kidnapping of Hailey. Of course Cole immediately knows who's behind it and runs to her rescue. When he gets to her she is in the process of saving herself but the whole ordeal takes a toll on her and now she is hurting...

description

Cole is very supporting and helps her through it...their relationship only growing stronger and they both realize how much they love each other. It was a little weird to see the "big bad" Cole so lovey dovey but I liked that side of him.

description

Why was I let down?

Well because I was expecting a little more adventure and after such a build up throughout the books I was expecting a big bang and what I got was a little firecracker. I'm left with so many unanswered questions and I felt a little bit on the outside of the story. Yes I know that the story of the Horus Group isn't over but I just needed a little bit more then I got.

description

Luckily the great sex and the love story saved this a little bit for me :P

Should you be reading this book?

If you've read the first two books then you definitely have to read this one :D

Do I read the next book by Ainsley Booth?

** 3 “I love you too, you a**hole.” STARS **

“Now I’m all in, because when I’m with you? I just want more. Always. When I take you fast, it’s just so I can do it again. When I take you slow, it’s because I can’t get over how good you feel. Taste. Sound. I don’t want to miss any of it and I never want it to end, so I stretch it out. And it’s still not enough…”
~ COLE

description

I am a little disappointed, to be honest.

Cole and Hailey were so cute together and when they got into the bedroom....OH BOY...

“You know why I can’t f*ck you yet? (…) Because I haven’t kissed you yet. And you deserve to be kissed from head to toe every single time we make love.”
~ COLE

But the plot felt weak and all the conflicts resolved very abruptly that it all felt extremely rushed.

I expected more action. REAL ACTION. The romance can't shoulder all and is certainly never enough to make a book “good”.

OVERALL: *sigh* Another series that couldn't quite feed my curiosity and reach it's promise. But on the bright side, it was HAWT HAWT HAWT! ;)

A bad boy can be so very good.

A good girl can get really dirty.

And two lonely people who find each other can finally be happy.

Hate F*@k #3
starts off right on the heels of book two...the cliffy. I'll say right off the bat, I was rather confused regarding the suspense part of the plot. Yes, I'd read book two only a few short weeks ago, but the details of the scheming between Hailey's parents and everything corrupt was rather lost on me. ***Note to self- take notes. You're not twenty-five anymore***

Book two ended in the mother of a cliffy- I was fairly blown away at the ease of which Cole was able to remedy that situation. How he finds her, sneaks up, and rescues her. I mean, last I knew, But who am I to question his superhero rescuing capabilities?

This. Book. Was. Hot. I'd heard about the famous anal scene and, yes, it's exactly as it was said it'd be- sizzling! The sexy combination of Cole and Hailey sold this serial romance for me. They had great chemistry and an all-around great courtship...going from angsty hatred to smoking-hot, balls-to-the-wall sex scenes. I'd easily rate the relationship side of the book 4.5 stars. Cole was perfect!

"Now I’m all in, because when I’m with you? I just want more. Always. When I take you fast, it’s just so I can do it again. When I take you slow, it’s because I can’t get over how good you feel. The action/suspense side of the book just fell really short for me. I couldn't get into it. I was either confused at any given time or eye-rolling at the ease of resolution in their conflicts that seemed to arise. It just didn't hook me at all. I do see this set up as future books within Cole's Horus Group. I'd have to say, Wilson is my favorite member outside of Cole. I also see a decent set-up for Jason getting a book.

Hate F*@k was all-around enjoyable serial series. I just wish it would've ended as a five-star love for me!

Read this last night! Was not what I was expecting. For such an awesome build-up with the first and second novels I was expecting more suspense, more action...

However - this has the perfect conclusion to the series! I was excited to see Cole and Hailey finally have their happily ever after. I am truly excited that the author won't just stop here. I am looking forward to reading more about the other members of the Horus Group.

Ms Ainsley, your writing skills has impressed the hell out of a lot of people. This fan is definitely looking forward to your writings in the future!

This third part of Hate F*@K was a whole lot of fun and very SEXY. Cole and Hailey aren't pretending anymore, they really like each other and to hell with the rest of the world, they just want be together and enjoy exploring the possibilities and most importantly each other's bodies, consequences be damned.

Cole and Hailey bring out the best in each other; she's discovering that she is stronger and braver than she ever thought and our badass Alpha Male Cole, finds himself looking to re-arrange his life and try to be a better man. What Cole feels for his girl is so grand and especial that he wants nothing more than to give her the best of him but she loves him for exactly who is. They just need to find the balance to achieve a middle point between who they are and what they want to be, together.

 photo 817405a0-53b9-4e1d-aa69-450f9151472a_zpsrgpuym2i.jpg

If you been following this series you know each book comes packed with a ton of action and always so entertaining and Part Three was no exception. I laughed so hard with Hailey's antics, she's so silly and doesn't take herself too seriously making her a breath of fresh air in the middle of so much chaos inside the war of the good guys vs the bad ones. There's a few new twists in the story that were jaw dropping but if I'm being honest they didn't quite made sense to me , perhaps those facts will be explained more in the next installment. The way this third book ended gives me hope to believe there will be more to this great series and hopefully about the other guys in the team.

“Sweet and not sweet at all. Us in a nutshell.”

This was a great ending to this series and hopefully to the first of more on the Horus Group! This one started off real fast and with a bang! Picking up where we left off. This starts with Cole on the run to save his girl...

This final book focused more on Hailey and Cole spending time together. Really enjoyed MORE of these two together and we got to really experience them coming into couple-dom.

 photo HF3 1_zpsws7jtqcz.jpg

It was pure bliss and LOTS of hot, filthy sex!!

 photo HF3_zpswmifrggf.jpg

I would have liked a bit more of the action/suspense that was in the other books but I get this was the finale and Ms. Ainsley gave us some tender, sweet and memorable moments with Hailey and Cole. Gawd, I sure will miss Cole and his smexy, filthy hotness...like Hailey, just can't resist him!!

“I double-dog-dare you to make me swoon with your filthy ways.”

And the very ending was so enticing...Ms. Booth was so generous to also drop a few bread crumbs for another potential Horus Group story! Perhaps Jason and Ellie?? Can’t wait!!!

Nice, fast-paced ending to the series with some seriously scorching hot sex scenes. My rating does not mean that I didn't like it, but I wish there was more depth to the characters. I felt like the story was so rushed at times it didn't give way to a deeper intimate connection between the hero and herione. For some that's OK, but for me I crave a deeper intimacy in my books...even if it's a novella. Also, a lot of the story is awkwardly farfetched. But in the end it's a nice, quick erotic read and I have a feeling the best is yet to come from this author.

Well ... I'm sure this is going to be a fairly unpopular opinion. I just didn't FEEL it.

Perhaps it's because the second book ended on such a huge cliffhanger - by the time I finally got to this third installment I'd lost the sense of urgency & dread. I needed more of a build up in the opening of this one to make me really feel that anxiety. The whole thing just seemed to resolve itself too damn quickly.

The heat and passion between Cole and Hailey is fabulous. Ms Booth certainly knows how to write some very steamy sex scenes. The longing and devotion built through the course of the first two books shines through. I really loved the love story at the center of this serial.

Unfortunately, the rest of the book confused the hell out of me. I wonder if I had read the three installments back-to-back if it would have all flowed more smoothly & helped me to keep up with what was going on?

The ending was definitely well executed - the main story is tied up nicely, leaving just enough loose ends to allow for future stories from the other characters. I will admit my curiosity about Jason ... I feel like his story is a big one.

Overall, it was a solid conclusion to the love story ... I think I just need to go back and read them all over again to wrap my head around the rest of the story.

This is part 3 in a 3 part serial. Release date is April 30.

2.5 Stars for This Installment, 3.5 for the Series as a Whole

A bad boy can be so very good. A good girl can get really dirty. And two lonely people who find each other can finally be happy

Cole and Hailey are back! As much as I loved them in round one of this series, they seemed to lose a little bit of the hot and sexy dirtiness as the series went on.

I really don’t want to spoil this for anyone who hasn’t read part two yet so I’ll try to give as little away as possible. Needless to say there was a lot left up in the air at the end of part two and this book attempts to give us the answers we’ve been waiting for. I say attempt because I really felt there was still a whole lot left to be determined so I can only hope those issues will carry on to the next book in the series. There were also quite a few new issues introduced which was odd for me because they seemed to come out of nowhere at times. I’d be reading and all of a sudden I’d have a “WTF” reaction to something brand new being casually discussed. Maybe I should’ve waited and read the series back to back or even reread part two but there was most definitely some information that blindsided me.

Cole seemed to lose a little (ahem, maybe even a lot) of that dirty talking swagger he had in part one and I found myself missing him. Sweet and caring Cole is nice but I want the dirty mixed in for good measure.

Overall I did enjoy the series but unfortunately this installment was a bit disappointing.

3.5 - "I just need a hug." Stars.

The final installment of Cole and Hailey’s story literary picks up where the cliff hanger of book 2 left off. I have to commend Ainsley Booth for putting together a really riveting serial.

”Everything about you feels like firsts for me.”

I am pretty open in the fact that normally I am not a huge fan of books released in this style, but the points where the author split up this story were really apt in keeping the momentum and interest up for this couples relationship development.

I liked the round up of everything in this book, but I will be honest and say that it didn’t quite have the ‘punch’ that its predecessors had. It may be me having unrealistic expectations, but everything was all resolved a little too quick & easy for my liking, I was expecting a little more drama and action and not the quick resolutions everything had. It was still really enjoyable, but after the stellar quality of the first two parts I’ll admit, I was just expecting… more.

This series is a great start, and introduction to The Horus Group as a whole, with Tag, Jason and Wilson still to get their stories I am expecting a few more adventures and a lot more sexy-times from these guys in the future.

3,5 Stars.
A good conclusion for a fairly decent first series. I had in general a good time with this particular story from the beginning till the end and i'm happy to say that every new part is better than the previous one. The series won't end here, but this installment is in fact the last one with Cole and Hailey as the main characters.

As the story continues Hailey finds herself tangled up in a big mess she has no in idea how to get out of. She will have to be strong and ready to make decisions she never thought possible. At least until Cole shows up.. He will, won't he?

Yeah he will, we are talking about Cole Parker after all. He vowed to protect her no matter what and that's what he'll do. Well, that and of course have absurd amounts of hot, steamy sex with her.
The sex scenes are nicely written and very stimulating.

Now for the bigger plot that unravels more and more, there is an interesting and encouraging development that has to do with the whole of Horus Group team. Many new clues will make their appearance along with some big twists.

As for our couple, yes they get their HEA in a very sweet and well polished way. I wasn't very fond of them at first but i warmed up to Cole and Hailey a lot and i ended up really like those two.
I want to see how the rest of the story will continue and of course i will definitely follow the other couples.

THOUGHTS ABOUT THE BOOK

- Dual POV, as always.
- OMG, her mother!!! That's a twist!
- I like Hailey's younger sister, Alison.
- Jason and Ellie!! There is something there, interesting.
- Hot, Hot!
- There is still an amateur feeling in this story, not quite as awkward as someone might think, but just a subtle notion.

Hailey and Cole, Cole and Hailey... When love not know boundaries.
*This review is about all 3 parts*

"Because you are so good it makes me wish I had a heart. For you, I’d try to be an average man with feelings and everything."

Hailey is a good girl. Her relationship with family are not the best. She wants to live differently than they do. Cole is part of The Horus Group, a company that deals with solving problems wealthy people. Not always fair and legitimate. From the beginning they feel attraction to each other, but difference of opinion on this subject does not allow them to pull it in action. To the point where another scandal erupts and Cole deals with protection Hailey. He can not any longer to deny himself and makes a gesture which all changed.

"No, it was the thought of never having her again. I needed to claim her, to mark her as mine."

In the first part he tries to stay away from her, in the second they start the relationship, in the third fight for it. Short saying.

"Now I’m all in, because when I’m with you? I just want more. Always."

Story has a great potential. When you read about it seems interesting. But it really is chaos. After the first part I did not know what was going on. After the second I did not know how it happened that they were together. But after the third I quite liked them. It should be noted that I read one after the other. I did not have to wait for the next part. I suspect that it matters.

In the book should be a lot of action, but too often is cut to a minumum. This whole thing with PRISM, probably I still do not know what's going on. I understand that this so to keep the interest. But there can not be so much unsaid and strange things. As I said too much chaos.

Love story is definitely more arranged and realistic. It's hot and erotic as it should be. Cole has a dirty mouth and is a sexy beast. I am glad that Hailey also takes more claws with time. Hot scene with pole dance!

I just think you need to try harder to create romance and criminal book in one. It must be much better arranged and more realistic. Here it did not quite work out. I mean, yes but just in 3 stars.

Think I read next part, but surely again as a whole. I am not convinced of the those serial romances. It is too short for me, to catch a the connection and ect. It's quite fun when you do not have high expectations.

♥ ♥ ♥ 3.5 STARS

I don't know what happened in the last part. I was expecting some so much more twists and turns. But the suspenseful part of the story just fell flat. At least Cole was utterly perfect. Can't tell you enough how much I love him. He is so damn sweet and sexy. Cannot get enough of him. Overall, I loved the romance part of these books. And Cole was definitely worth reading.

"When I take you fast, it's just so I can do it again. When I take you slow, it's because I can't get over how good you feel."

Alright, so PT. 3 takes right after Hailey's taken by a sex slavery group, the one her father was involved with, and Cole's doing everything he can and more to get her back. Things, however, aren't easy and the Hours Group have to decide what side they're on.
Secrets and ugly bussiness aren't just anyone.

I had a tiny hard time getting into the story, but that was only in the first half of the book. Like, I understood why Hailey was acting the way she was acting and why Cole was being catious but I had a dull dislike for something.
Maybe it was the absolutely desire for blindless from Hailey's part. I just got tired of her I-don't-want-to-know-a-thing-about-your-world deal because, well. it is her world too. Not by choice but it is and you can't just go clueless the whole time.
description

I think that was the only solid thing I didn't like about the book because the rest of it?
I loved it.

I loved Hailey and Cole's dynamic and humor and I just love them together so much. They love each other a lot and they're so good together.

I love how they chase away each other's darkness, and the steamy scenes?

And yes, I'm talking about that particular scene. The whole thing.
Ñom, ñom.

So, overall I absolutely enjoyed these series/trilogy/books and I'd really loved to continue reading about The Hours Group and read how they come back like avenging free agents and I really want to learn more about Wilson, Tag and Jason and maybe I want to see how things end up for Hailey's sister and Scott.

OK, so let me star with...WHAT IN THE EVER LOVING F*@K?!, because #PRISM, #twist #mommydearest #seriously?! ~~~ And that's pretty much all you're gonna get on THAT because:
1)You should experience every excruciating 'wait..wait..what?' just like I had to endure. And believe THIS: EVERY single moment/movement/plot that is NOT Haley & Cole building a relationship to trust and love, is NOT what you think is happening. Trust no one. Believe nothing. And even then, your mind will be blown away when that WHAM happens. TRUST! and ...
2)This isn't over. It's coming back. And it's gonna hurt. So PAY ATTENTION! When I stated in my review of Hate Fuck: Part Two that 'this ain't your mamma's bedtime story' ... I had no idea how true that statement was about to become #TrueStory We may have come full circle with Haley & Cole, but this reader doesn't believe for a second that the 'wait..wait..WHAT?!' is over and done with. That would just be silly. SO stay tuned kids ... this ride ain't over. TRUST!

This installment takes off exactly where the last installment left us. It doesn't miss a beat. There's gonna be some drama. There's gonna be a resolution of sorts AND you're gonna get to see a side of Haley that should surprise most of you just a little bit. I was a little 'well now...' myself. She had her 'let's kick ass and take names later' moment, which made for a more poignant and sweeter #rescue. I'm not gonna lie, I may have gotten a little misty-eyed. Maybe.

Now on to the good part, the happy sexy part, Haley and Cole. I am beside myself happy at both Haley and Cole's growth throughout this story. But especially thru this installment. THIS is when the relationship blossomed into a beautiful love of a lifetime.
Cole is a hard man. He's lived a hard life. There were no rainbows and gumdrops in his youth so it made him a closed-off man. His growing up was NOT pretty and it was NOT happy. He doesn't believe in rainbows and gumdrops. He doesn't think they're even possible. He doesn't even know.....Until Haley....
Haley is a soft girl. She BELIEVES in rainbows and gumdrops. She WANTS rainbows and gumdrops, but she doesn't have them either. Not for the same reasons as Cole, but close. Her family, her youth, it may look pretty and it may seem happy, but that's just a facade. She wasn't loved like she should have been. She wasn't nurtured like she should have been. But she STILL came out believing and wanting those gumdrops and rainbows. And she's gonna get them! :) Because Cole is going to move heaven and earth and everything in between to make sure that she does.

I COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER ROMANCE STORY

No two people have ever been more suited than these two. Where one is dark, the other is light. Where one is hard, the other is soft. The energy between them is electric and it's powerful. Their love is kismet. And the best part is, YOU feel everything they feel, YOU experience their story with them. Ainsley Booth gets ALL the credit for that. She didn't just write a love story, she painted a love story with words. The power behind Cole's love for Haley was a force to be reckoned with and combined with Haley's undeniable trust in Cole you have yourself one of the most incredibly dynamic relationships that could be. To even try and describe to you the fireworks they created during their many sexual escapades would just be silly. There are no words I could use. You just have to read it to FEEL IT. Because only then will you get it. their love, their trust, their transformation can only be experienced by READING THIS STORY.

I said it before and I'll say it again, Ainsley Booth has some seriously powerful storytelling skills. I laughed, I cried, I swooned, I gasped, I yelled, I cried again and I even changed my panties a few times.

I said from the beginning this was going to be an Epic saga of sorts that I believed would span for quite some time. And what do you know, I wasn't wrong! So hold on to your seatbelt kids because The Horus Group has indeed moved The Gladiators aside...it's time to get down to business!

Part Two of Hate F@ck eneded with quite a cliffhanger and we start off with part three tossed right back into the thick of things. Although this is part three and you shouldn’t be reading reviews if you haven’t yet started this series – I don’t want to give away any spoilers for those that may have held off on this series until it was complete and then couldn’t help themselves but to check reviews.

It is not difficult to find a serial series to read. They are everywhere. But it is getting more and more difficult to find one worth reading. Ainsley Booth is one of the authors who is worth reading. This isn’t a novel chopped up into parts – each of the installments stood on their own. Even with the cliffy type endings at each of the first two installments we were given small resolutions to aspects of the story – but leaving the much bigger picture for the last installment. And what a picture that was!

I loved the chemistry between Hailey and Cole. They were on fire. And laced in with the erotic moments were these sweet moments where Cole just melted your heart. Each of the characters grabbed my attention and I am so happy that we’ll be getting their story in the future. If you are looking for a series to pick up that you can easily get lost in, this is it.

★★★ 3.5 Stars ★★★

In the final part of the series, Hailey has gone missing and Cole is on a mission to find her before it's too late.

Lots of action, lots of fantastic sex and many surprises.

Overall, I really enjoyed this serial but I would recommend reading them back to back, as I found myself spending half the book trying to remember all the nitty gritty.

Third & final part of a three part novella serial.

ARC gratefully received from the author in exchange for an honest review

✖✖✖WARNING: This is for mature audiences 18+✖✖✖

After the cliff hanger stop point of the last installment I was more than ready to see how this would all play out. Hailey was after all in a pretty precarious situation and I was more than a little concerned for her.

It starts out very intense as Cole is desperate to find where Hailey has been taken and get her back before she can be damaged. It was extreme and pretty dramatic there for a little while. But all and all it is resolved pretty soon and then we can get on to the hanky panky of it all…AND there is a lot of hanky panky.

There is hanky panky all over the place and in every orifice….just saying. Cole is the epitome of a loving, caring and protective boyfriend. Sure he might do some bad things in his job but overall he is a nice guy.
“We’ve got our problems, but you’ve never been as far on the wrong side of right as you think you’ve been.”
I’m tired, and I ache in a million different ways. “That doesn’t make an ounce of sense.”
“It does to me,” Hailey murmurs.

So Hailey and Coles relationship becomes a little saccharine sweet for me. He is everything she needs him to be for the most part. They work together to come up with a way to deal with the trauma of being taken and how to put Lively away for a long time.

Everything wraps up well and I did like the HEA of it all. You can tell that there will probably be more stories from the Horus Group. Will I read them? I’m not sure. The sex is really hot and there is a lot of it so if I was just in the mood for that I’d maybe try another out but there are a lot of books like that out there so the jury is still out.

The downfall to this serial is that the Title indicates the story is about one thing when in the end there was never really an angry/hate sex scene involved at all. I still liked the story but was a little disappointed by that one glaring fact.

Okay guys and gals! Here we go.

First, as a whole, this is a great read. Fun, sexy and romantic. Mega alpha and a funny snarky girl spells win for me every time.

Second, the three part series, for me, would have been better as a singular book.

Why? Well.... the cliffhanger at the end of installment two was a bit lackluster in the final installment. I WANTED MORE! More drama, more angst, more struggle and beating hearts that would have lead to the epic moment when they are reunited. As it was, it came off as anticlimactic and lackluster.

Okay, okay.... don't throw rocks at me. I am a HUGE fan of Ainsley Booth and I still very much enjoyed the ride. As a whole I will give the series 4 stars.

4 'sexy smut stars'

I have to admit I don't have a lot of expectation prior to starting this series with such a title like 'Hate Fuck'. I expect to be put on a sex coma, instead this series actually had a decent storyline with some suspense thrown in. The suspense plot is not really thick and not that well developed, but it still captured my attention.

Cole Parker is this obnoxious badass and a total asshole in Part 1, but from Part Two onward he totally stripped away his asshole persona and become this doting boyfriend to Hailey. Is not really in character and the change was a tad abrupt, but I'm not complaining too much. Is nice to see this lovey dovey side of him and worship Hailey so much.

For Part Three, my expectation was slightly higher because I really enjoyed the prior two. I was gearing up for some great suspense with Hailey being kidnap from the previous cliffhanger. It was a little letdown that Cole came in and save the day without much hiccup. The shadowy thing with Hailey's family left me feeling a little puzzled. I'm quite confused with the development and how Cole's team solved it.

But anyway, I enjoyed the romance part of the story and the sexy time was always the focus of the story for me. It is overall a fun and enjoyable short read. I can't wait for Ainsley Booth to give us more of the Horas Group. Jason definitely had a story to tell.

Sweet, But Somewhat Confusing, Finale

Like the second book, this one had a much sweeter feeling than the first book. The love-hate nature of Cole and Hailey's relationship has moved into definite "white picket fences and happily ever afters" territory. Don't get me wrong, they continue to be an entertaining couple, just not exactly living up to the title any longer.

As much as I loved the fast-paced flow of this series, I wish a little more time would have been spent going into the details of a few major points. This third book in the series features what must be the shortest, and least eventful, kidnapping in history. I think it was over in the span of a few pages!

Similarly, a major turning point later in the book, involving Hailey's mother, flew by so quickly that I almost wasn't sure it had happened. Even after re-reading that particular part, I'm not sure I fully understand exactly what was revealed beyond her or did relationship with her own father. I know there is an implied connection to the other events in the book, but I didn't think it was really explained fully.

Ultimately, I was satisfied with the way things worked out for Cole and Hailey. The characters were likable and the story was entertaining. The author closed the trilogy in a manner that suggests there will be more to come from these characters in the future.
