I found the story to be heart wrenching at times, sweet, and interesting. I didn't know details about the internment camps that Japanese Americans were forced to relocate to during WWII, so that aspect of the story was enlightening. The bond between Henry and Keiko was so moving, so it was easy to get emotionally invested in these characters....more
