That being said, this one was not 3.5 stars 3.5 stars I have been dying for this book. I am a huge Melanie Harlow fan. I could not wait for this book. That being said, this one was not my favorite one out of the Happy, Crazy, Love series.
This story stared out great, I was all giddy and in love with Levi and Jillian. They had a past fling in college (I never did understand why it was a one time thing) and now they meet again at Jillian's sister's wedding. Spark fly and they are back it like they were college kids again.
Their chemistry was hot, but I didn't get more of anything else between them besides sex. Jillian is a doctor and they didn't go into that. I was more of a circle about Levi, and him taking care of his autistic son. I found the story lacing something. I thought Jillian would have been smarter than how she was. She is a after all a pediatrician, but she didn't offer any thoughts when it came to Levi's son. Levi was more in charge of their relationship than she was. It was always on his terms.
I love Melanie's books, just not so much Levi's story. ...more

Rob and Adri become involved due to Sherm and Adri's closeness to the cold, as well as the attraction they each feel for each other.
This book was a little slow for me. I struggled to keep myself to finish it. I thought it would have been a lot faster paced with much more drama. The whole Mafia angel had me thinking this was going to be a lot different than it really was. ...more
