I am looking into this subject matter mainly in order to try and gain some control over my dreams, I tend to clench my teeth at night and/or hold my jaw tensely and I need desperately to stop doing this as it causes me to wake up with headaches and jaw pain. I also have quite a bit of consistent jaw problems and ear issues from doing this for years and years.
Following the information in the book I immediately saw results! I was able to remind myself while sleeping to relax my jaw as well as to keep my dreams calm. When events in the dream start getting hectic I easily can bring it all back to something more peaceful. This has been a brilliant help and a wonderful start. I look forward to more of the practices and exercises. It is not often I come across a book that provides instant results with really just a minimum of effort.
The writing style is excellent, easy to understand, clear and consise and enjoyable to read. I am reading several books on dream yoga and this one is, so far, my favorite....more
