With that though River should have thought she was going to have a happily ever after especially with her pending wedding, only to walk in on her sister and her fiancee. Betrayed, hurt, and just plain tired of it all she runs and meets Elias Saint.
Elias is supposed to be celebrating his forced retirement from the Marines, he felt anything but. Losing his leg was nothign compared to having to start over and return to West Bend, Colorad. A town that passes judgement and taints those who are innocent. Meeting River is a distraction, but everything about Elias wants to keep River by his side. He however thinks he is not good enough for the Hollywood elite, little does he know she has more in common with him than he thinks.
I thought this one was a bit more draggy, but I did like the characters. Though Elias was awe inspiring, he doesn't wallow in pity about his leg, he just moves on. Good start to what I know is a good series....more

Killian is a recluse, he moved back home but has little interest in spending time in town or with people for that matter. He grew up in a town who sneered and gossiped about his family, he has no interest in getting close to anyone else. Lily though peaks his interest like no other and she makes it clear she is not interested, he doesn't believe her though and plans to find out how much she does want him. The fact that she has a kid though gives Killian pause, can a man who is used to being alone become a part of something he is not sure he wants?
This was a delightful treat. Funny, entertaining and full of sizzle. I liked that KIllian is aloof and he has one moment in Lily's cafe that is hilarious. Now I need to go back to start from the beginning which looks like a wonderful series....more

Nick is attracted to Bailey, but being around a Voss is not what he wants, that is until he sees Bailey at a bar with a man who is not inclined to hear the word no.
Although this was a bit rush, I did enjoy the story. There are some timeline issues and a couple of loose threads but I liked the overall concept of the story and thought the chemistry was off the charts. Will definitely check out more from this author....more

When an incident leaves her shaken, she luckily bumps into Jake again making his interest known. Jake has fallen hard for the beauty and now he wants to make her safe, but his own investigation into who framed him is about to come to a head.

Vincent can have any woman he wants, they all bow down to his needs and most are boring. When he meets Aubriella she stands up to him and he can't stop thinking about her. Vincent though has to tamp down his feelings while figuring out if Aubriella is a threat or not.
I liked aspects of this but didn't really like how Vincent treated Aubriella. I think the story almost tried to be too many things. Had some excellent moments would be interested in seeing what else this author writes....more

However, Ridley is slow to trust and distances herself from Tyler the day after.
Tyler has been waiting for Ridley, he knows she is the one and when he finally has her again he doesn't plan to let her go. The continual threat that Ridley is hiding from is still there and needs to be dealt with before they can build a future.
This was a bit more melodramatic then the others but I liked the uniqueness of Ridley. Was surprised about her lifestyle and it was a pleasant surprise. Tyler I think he thought Ridley was his and didn't plan on Ridley being independent and stubborn. Another great read for Esther E. Schmidt....more

When she disappears however, he worries he will never see her again, until he gets an email that is a game changer.
This was fun, it was perfect for what I was looking for. I wanted a quickly placed romance and this fit the bill, especially with an alpha male hero. I liked Talia, you felt like all the new things she tried were spot on and could feel the excitement. Worth picking up....more

This was a grinning ear to ear. I was laughing out loud with Pokey, oh my I hope he gets a book he is a hot idiot mess but provided a ton of entertainment. Loved Nerd, she is snappy and uses her fists. Dams is sweet where Nerd is concerned, but everyone else he is surly. Great book, can't wait for the next book....more

Archer can't believe his brother Grinder left his girl and kid. He takes Melody and her son Noah in, until she can get on her feet. Archer though finds that the attraction he once had for Melody is still there though, he never understood why she stayed with Grinder but it was what it was. When he makes a proposition Melody can't refuse, they both have to let their past go in order to find a future, will they both be willing to do it.
This was excellent. I wanted to smack Archer initially but he softens on you. This is not an instant love story, it takes time to get there and it is so worth it. Not sure how I stumbled on this one but well worth picking up if you like MC books. Look forward to more in this series....more

Now with the helps of the Hawks he hopes to get Nary back in one piece.
I love this series, this one was a bit darker but it was so good. Been waiting to see how the Nary and Vicious story would unfold. Not only do you have a fantastic book but you have an American MC chapter that gets introduced. Another exceptional read from Lila Rose....more

I loved this story, Jill is trying to find her own way and realizes that her husband was not all she thought he was. Cal scares her, not because of who he is, just because he has the chance at breaking her heart even though he vows that would never happen. I certainly hope there is more to this fantastic series....more

However, while Hope is just looking for temporary with Cutter, he is looking for long term. He is gong to use every means possible to keep Hope by his side, and finding her sister is step one.
Very different for a biker book. I liked that Hope was tough as nails and did not understand the club dynamic. Cutter tries to teach Hope along the way but she has a mind of her own. Chemistry was off the charts. Exciting beginning to new series....more

Had a few surprises that blew my mind. There is no cheating in the story. I cried in this one, I felt for Mig and Annie and he does things to keep Annie protected that has your heartbreaking. Fantastic series so far....more

Overall great idea and like the concept of this series. I thought a bit draggy in some parts but once the story amped up was entertained. Eager to see Quinn and Rush's story. ...more
