The Willpower Instinct: How Self-Control Works, Why It Matters, and What You Can Do to Get More of It

An informative read. The repeated references the author makes to self-control around food were mostly cutesy and annoying until she finally explained near the end of the book that actually dieting and fat shaming are ineffective, so I guess a content warning for others who are sensitive to that stuff. I learned a lot of useful things about my own willpower struggles and have saved many of the exercises to try.
