Show Game starts off with a bang, prompting a "WOW" from me. I've read many books, but none quite like this one. The plot centers around individuals in search of truth, aiming to expose powerful figures who abuse it, while also seeking peace in their own lives. Show Game is a vigilante tale, and this book offers no punishment for the wrongdoers. Instead, they face the consequences of their actions through their own words, ultimately leading to their downfall.

Led by Alex, the Show Game project is set to air across various platforms, targeting a predatory priest, a deceitful politician, and a fraudulent philanthropist who all deserve retribution for their wrongdoings. Investigative journalist Owen Tanaka is determined to uncover Alex's identity. As he digs deeper, the distinction between right and wrong becomes blurred, and Owen increasingly supports Alex's mission.

The story unfolds as a game of cat and mouse, with roles shifting between predator and prey. It works as a thought-provoking piece addressing contemporary societal issues.

Drawing on an old Western theme of dispensing justice outside the confines of the legal system, the book keeps readers captivated until the surprising conclusion. Be prepared for a challenging read that will engage your mind and emotions, prompting you to form your own conclusions as you immerse yourself in Show Game by Steve Anderson.
