@Voorts: For future people who see this, I normally start an article by searching for a title and then clicking the red link. But to access the script you need to open the article as if it already exists in "wiki/ARTICLE_TITLE". The script is separate from the Source and Visual editors. Alt= text is primarily for visually impaired readers who use screen readers per WP:ALT. Regarding your wording changes on Imaginal Disk, using the name of the person in the image is not helpful to a visually impaired person, who wouldn't know what Mica Tenenbaum looks like, nor maybe who she even is at that stage of the article. Her name doesn't communicate what the image depicts—a woman whom is bare-chested, which is preferable as it is descriptive rather than just a name.
